The next frontier of impact is across sectors and tiers, not above them.

Capital takes many forms and each is wired differently. Corporations bring scale and the capital to grow markets. Many take a triple bottom line approach that ties social impact to access. Philanthropy brings patient and catalytic capital with the flexibility to test innovative models and absorb the risk commercial capital cannot. Governments bring mandate, reach, and the policy levers that determine whether a solution scales or stalls. Communities bring the lived expertise that determines whether solutions are trusted, adopted, and sustained.

Each holds a piece of the answer. Together, they hold the power to design solutions to shared challenges; moving resources, shifting systems, and scaling what works through private and public sector engagement.

Our work rests on four convictions.

Co-creation as a method. Sustainable solutions are designed with the partners, communities, and stakeholders they serve. We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact.

Collective action for resilience. Big bets for long-term systems change are most powerful when matched by collective capacity that helps partners adapt to shocks.

A multi-tiered partnership ecosystem. From early-stage program and/or capital investments to durable regional and local coalitions, building impact across sectors and tiers.

Scale through systems. Lasting transformation requires the engagement of public, private, community and development partners focused on systems change.
